When we arrived home from our holiday we had a very exciting package waiting for us – our latest Polly Pony outfit to try out, in our role as brand reps. Amee always sends us a complete surprise, so we never know what’s going to be inside each parcel.
I absolutely adored the unicorns and watermelon prints that Amee sent us last time, so I was thrilled to see that this time, she’d sent Little M some slightly more Autumnal, but no less exciting, unicorns to wear! I did hint to Amee that some long dungarees would go down a treat as we head into the cooler months, so I was chuffed when I opened up these!
Little M is obsessed with going to the park at the moment, so we headed out this morning to enjoy some time on the swings and the slide before the rain set in this afternoon.
As you can see, the unicorn print is gorgeous, playful and vibrant. I’ve teamed it with this pink long-sleeved t-shirt from Next, but it looks great with turquoise, too. Little M seems to be quite wide in the body but short in the leg. I seem to have to roll up the legs on everything she owns! I’ve rolled the trousers of these dungarees up and under here (maybe a little too much), so you can’t see the lovely cuff detailing on the leg. I promise you that it’s there, though! This means that with shoes, they shouldn’t really need rolling. Little M hasn’t graduated to shoes, though, as she’s not walking yet!
As with all of Polly Pony’s designs, the fabric is beautifully soft and washes well at 30ºC. The dungarees are really well made with attention to detail, such as the double shoulder popper. This means that they can be let out in future and grow as Little M grows.
Disclosure: I was gifted these dungarees as part of my role as a Polly Pony brand rep. However, all opinions are my own.
